All prices in euros incl. VAT, excl. local tourist tax and mobility levy. The mobility levy lets you use all public transport in the province of Salzburg free of charge throughout your stay.
Cancellation policy
We look forward to welcoming you as our guests. If something happens that makes your visit impossible, that is bad enough. So that we can cushion our costs and the loss of income, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 30 days before arrival free of charge
- From 30 days before arrival 50% of the booking price
- In the last 2 weeks before arrival 80% of the booking price
- In case of no-show or early departure 100% of the booking price
Deposit: 20% of the booking price
To be on the safe side, we recommend travel insurance, for example with Europäische Reiseversicherung (new window). We are happy to arrange it for you as part of your booking. All reservations are subject to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB).
